Prices
Rooms at the Centre at St Paul’s are available for hire at hourly rates in three price bands:
- the Community rate applies to voluntary organisations, charities and not-for-profit community groups.
- the Private rate is for parties, discos, wedding receptions and similar events held by individuals
- the Commercial rate applies to organisations which are not charities or recognised community groups

Please note that a charge will be made for the time needed to set up in advance of the event.
Special rates apply to private parties for which we also expect a deposit to cover any damage or breakages.
Payment is requested within 14 days of the Centre’s invoice which will normally be sent out in advance of the booking.
Individuals and groups hiring rooms at the Centre are assumed to be familiar with the Centre's Terms and Conditions.
