BOTANIC GARDEN CHRISTMAS SPECIAL

Thursday 2 December saw the Thursday Lunch Group's second visit to Cambridge University Botanic Garden organised by Dr Sally Marsh. With the expert guidance of  local artist John Wiltshire we spent our time colouring personalised Christmas cards. And although the turnout was less than expected - presumably because of the weather - those of us who braved the elements had a thoroughly enoyable time. Later, John joined us for lunch at the Centre. Thanks to Sally, John and Cambridge University Botanic Garden for making our excursion such a success.
