Easter Cookery Classes for Primary and Secondary School Children
We are very much looking forward to introducing our first classes of fun, informative, hands-on cookery classes for youngsters.

 

 

Primary: Tuesday 14th April 10am-11.30am
Pasta Making with Ursula Ferrigno
Ursula Ferrigno is known from television and through her many cookery books and courses on Italian cooking. Ursula will teach how to make perpfect spaghetti, tortellini and ravioli with delicious fresh sauces.
The cost is £25.

 

Secondary: Wednesday 15th April 101m-12.30pm
Get Cooking!
This is a workshop with a focus on how to prepare real, workable everyday food. The menu includes bread making, roasting chicken, making soup and perfect vinaigrette.
The cost is £29.

 

Friday Night Cookery Club
A relaxed and fun way to acquire some solid cooking skills while having a great evening out with friends or colleagues. Hosted at St Paul’s Centre on Hills Road in central Cambridge, the Friday Night Cookery Club takes place on the last Friday of the month between 7-9.30 pm. The cost is £45pp. On its launch night on Friday 27th February a very happy crowd cooked their way through Green Thai curry, prawns in a mango and coconut sauce, fresh Hummus and delicious, piping hot flat breads. The Easy Italian theme on Friday 27th March is filling up fast. Call us to book a space!

 

 

Saturday Morning Workshops
Hosted at St Paul’s Centre on Hills Road in central Cambridge, Saturday Morning Workshop take place between 10am-12.30 pm.
The cost is £45pp. Noted guest chefs such as Ursula Ferrigno and Hilary Cacchio will run Saturday morning classes with mouthwatering themes. Al Fresco Suppers and An Italian Picnic basket are themes coming up in the next few months. Includes lunch or perfect contents for a picnic basket!
