Friday Night Cookery Club & Saturday Morning Workshops

The Centre at St Paul’s on the corner of Hills Road and St Paul’s Road in central Cambridge is our base for Friday Night Cookery Club and Saturday Morning Workshops.
Friday Night Cookery Club combines going out for a drink and a meal and a cookery course all in one! Easy going, fun and a great way to start the weekend.
Saturday Morning Workshops offer inspiring workshops for the coming summer season. Come along to acquire new skills and recipes chosen for their al fresco appeal.
Cost: £45 per person per course. Group discount: 10% for bookings for 4 people or more.

Learn how to make Italian classics such as Focaccia and Panna Cotta, Affogato and Cantuccini biscuits while enjoying a glass of wine and the company of fellow enthusiastic cooks.

Hilary Cacchio,
Hilary is a passionate and inspirational teacher and freelance personal chef. She has worked in the UK, Europe and on the East Coast of America and her client list reads like ‘Who’s Who’. Hilary’s cooking is never run-of-the-mill, always inspirational. This course will set you up for a season of successful and delicious al fresco entertaining.

Hilary Cacchio,
Hilary is one of our regular guest chefs. She divides her time between Cambridge and the Eastern Pyrenees where she works on her cookery books and researches Catalan food culture and produce, Hilary has evolved her own delicious style of seasonal modern Catalan Tapas. The evening is bound to be a taste sensation and a great inspiration for the coming picnic and barbeque season.

An Italian picnic
Ursula Ferrigno
Ursula is a noted teacher specialising in Italian food and a regular at Books for Cooks in London. She has cooked on many TV programmes and is a prolific author. The most recent of her books are Trattoria in 2004, La Dolce Vita – a book of heavenly desserts and sweets in 2005, and Ursula Ferrigno’s Italian Cookery Course, 2006.
Ursula will teach you how to prepare a delicious Italian picnic and at the end of the course you will walk away with a perfect picnic to be enjoyed in the Botanic Gardens, on board a Punt or in one of Cambridge’s many parks.
